Notes:

Jan 15: Mohair scared me at fists. It is so fuzzy and was hard to see sts. However, as I was half way through the back, I have developed the best way to hold and manage the yarn for me. Now it is not so bad at all. I am planning to add longer sleeves in the same pattern as the body.

Feb 4,2012: I have made a lot of changes to this top: sleeves, ruffles and the collar. The collar consists of 3 layers (2 knitted ruffles separated by organza fabric). The back of it is simply buttoned, which creates a flower like look. All my ruffles are made as prescribed by the pattern (Row 1-4 only, then 1 row even) except that I have been adding 2 sts in each repetition every other row. I wanted a vintage look, so this was my attempt! Overall, the mohair is not too hard to work with. Will do it again in the future. Very warm top (surprisingly)!
