Prelude: Will attempt to do a dress. Never did enterlac technique before. Seems challenging to me, because I need to figure out how to knit not only enterlac in rounds but also graduated. But…this pattern is too pretty to hesitate, so here I go… Bottom up, in rounds. Started with 500sts and 23 base triangles (I know, it is crazy long!). My decreases will start on second tier. Yes, it turn out to be 5 YARD waisted skirt!!! So I ended up with just massive fabric! So here is Pan B:

Skirt. I cut up my knitted fabric into skirt, top and shrug! Ha-ha, what a pleasant surprise, there is so much fabric. I surged the edges of all pieces to prevent them from unraveling. Then I have knitted on US 1 belt band and attached it to the skirt. It is more of a straight skirt then flared.

Top. Front and back pieces were attached together. Wide waist band is knitted to the top, and ruffles embellish the bottom of the top. Poet sleeves with small cuffs are knitted separately and attached with crochet hook to the top.

Note on the yarn. Once again, I am using Indian 100% undyed Silk purchased from Georgian Yarn company for 50% less than anywhere else.
